Our reservation process is very simple. Select on the quick search: New York, London or Jamaica or scroll down to find the desired city, enter the dates of arrival and departure, and enter the number of guests, then chose your accommodation type. Click the Search.

Is the room rate per person or per night?
All rates are per room, and are quoted on a nightly basis unless otherwise specified. Taxes and fees are not included for New York hotels. Extra people, children, roll-away beds and cribs may be subject to additional charges.
What happens when I make a reservation?
Reservation requests will result in a new screen showing a message that your booking was completed successfully. Then you will get a mail, saying that our agents are currently taking care of you reservation, if there is any problem, one of our agents will call you. Additionally, all reservations will be followed up with an email with a Confirmation Number and with all the details of your booking.

Your name will appear at the hotel the minute, the room is booked.
Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
No. The email confirmation you receive from Woogo is all you will need. It displays your confirmation number, the hotel information and the rate.
What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
$50 cancellation fee as long as the booking is cancelled 72 Hours prior to arrival.
In case guest did not arrive to property during arrival date: Will be regarded as a 'no-show'. Full stay will be charged and reservation will be cancelled by 12:00 day after arrival (according to local time).

Where do I pick up my London keys apartment?

Then you will be given a code for the entrance door. When you enter, you will see a safe, which you will be given a code to; inside you will see the keys with your name on it.
