The company has been established to
provide an outstanding selection of quality serviced short stay apartments and
related services to an international client base. We have negotiated the best
possible rates for our guests and there are no hidden extras or booking fees
involved.
These are our own general Terms &
Conditions, which covers general payment and booking terms.
Reservations should be paid in
full at the time of booking including all service fees and surcharges. This sum is
refundable apart from the $50 cancellation fee as long as the booking is
cancelled 48 Hours prior to arrival.
* Reservations that the guest
name is different from the card holder’s name will require a credit card
authorization form that can be obtained here to be completed and faxed to: +44 207

- Credit Card (Back & Front)
- Photo ID (Passport or Drivers License).
We will not be able to honor your reservation until this process in
complete.
An additional security deposit may be
required for some Apartments, for protection against unforeseen damage to the
property and/or its contents. Security Deposits, if applicable, will be taken
by the Apartment Provider at time of guest arrival, usually with a credit card
imprint.
Clients will be liable for any damage
in property, key lost and phone usage both in Apartments and Hotel Rooms.
The person checking in has to be the
same person whose name is on the reservation.
All weekend reservations are subject
to a two night minimum stay.
Full charge at the
time of reservation.
The prices of Apartments and Hotel
Rooms will be quoted in United States Dollars.
It will not include any service fees, surcharges or amenities. Payments must be made
in United States Dollars.
Rates are based on nightly and/or
seven-night stay; however the Apartments/Hotel Rooms can be pro-rated for
shorter and longer stays. Prices may be subject to currency fluctuation,
however, when accommodation has been paid in full, there will be no increase.
A valid credit card must be provided
on booking. Credit cards are subject to a 2.5% processing fee, depending on
card. Bank transfers are subject to a 35 GBP administration charge, 28 prior to
arrival.
Prices are subject to change without
prior notice.
Apartment Bookings - Check-in time for Apartment bookings is
after 3:00pm with check-out time at 10:00am.
Hotel Bookings - Check-in and Check-out times may vary
between Hotels.
Check-in times are between 14:00-15:00, while Check-out
times vary between 11:00-12:00.
Check in requirements: Government issued photo ID will be asked to be
displayed at Check In. This ID should correspond to the name on the
reservation.
Should guests require an early or immediate
check-in on arrival, it is recommended that reservations are made from the
previous night.
Not all properties offer a 24 hour
check in facility. See property information for more details.
Please note that in case a guest has
not vacated the reserved property by check out time, a 'Late Check Out' fee
will be charged without prior notice.
Key collection varies from property to
property. Please see property information.
Please note that only ONE key will be
supplied per Apartment.
This is unchangeable due to security
reasons.
Please note that lose of key will
result in penalty charge.
A confirmation is automatically
emailed upon receipt of the advance payment and credit card details.
The booking cannot be guaranteed until
payment has been received and authorized by the
credit card company.
Woogo.com cannot be found liable if a
client does not receive a confirmation due to IT issues, i.e. - client
supplying wrong email address or full mailboxes.
In case client did not receive a
confirmation 24 hours after the booking has been made, it will be the
responsibility of the client to contact Woogo.com to receive an update on the
status of his or hers reservation.
If you want to cancel your booking,
you must do so by email to sales@woogo.com.
Cancellations done by phone will not
be accepted.
We cannot guarantee that any requests
for amendments or changes in dates will be satisfied without cost.
All refund requests must occur within
60 days of hotel check out.
All cancellations are subject to
$50.00 fee.
In the event of cancellation after your booking has been accepted by us, then we impose the following charges:
Cancellation more then 48 hours prior to arrival: When booking is over 100$ there is a 50$ cancellation fee. When booking is less then 100$ there is a 25$ cancellation fee.Within 48 hours to arrival: First night rate plus service fee will be charged.
In case guest did not arrive to property during arrival date: Will be regarded as a 'no-show'. Guest will be charged for the first night plus service fee and reservation will be cancelled by 12:00 day after arrival (according to local time).
Arrival date amendments more than 48 hours prior to arrival: Rates will be changed accordingly.
Arrival date amendments within 48 hours prior to arrival: Rates will remain unchanged.
Early check out: If clients requests to check out early, we will require a 48 hours notice. You will be charged for the full price of the night following your check-out request.

In the unlikely event that we
cannot provide the booked accommodation, due to unforeseen occurrences we will
try and relocate your property booking to another property. WooGo
Group Ltd takes every precaution to ensure properties are professionally
managed so that any such occurrence is extremely rare. Woogo.com
shall have no liability in respect of any other costs, losses or damages
existing out of or in connection with relocation of accommodation since such
relocation is outside WooGo Group's control.
We reserve the right to amend
prices or to change accommodation without notice due to circumstances beyond
our control. Woogo.com takes all reasonable care to ensure that the information
supplied on the website is accurate, however, we cannot guarantee its accuracy
and we reserve the right to change this information at any time. Property information
including, but without limitation, property details, photographs, virtual tours
and/or floor plans is intended as a guidance only and should not be construed
as statements of fact.
WooGo Group makes no representations or warranties
of any kind with respect to the website or the content contained on it,
including any text, graphic, advertisement, link or other item.
Furthermore, WooGo
Group nor any contributor to its website make any representation or gives any
warranty, condition, undertaking or term either expressed or implied as to the
condition, quality, performance, accuracy for purpose of the content contained
on the website or that such content will be accurate, up to date, uninterrupted
or error free.
Save in respect of liability for
death or personal injury arising out of negligence or for fraudulent
misrepresentation, we and all contributors to the website hereby disclaim to
the fullest extent permitted by law all liability for any loss or damage
including any consequential or indirect loss or damage incur red by the guest,
whether arising in contract or otherwise.
WooGo Group will not be held responsible in any way
for loss and/or damage to any personal belongings at the apartment or hotel
room nor will it be li able
for the acts or defaults caused by third parties. Guests are advised to ensure
their own insurance policies to cover loss or damage to personal property
during their stay.
WooGo Group reserve the right to terminate with
immediate effect, any agreements with parties resident in officiated properties
in the event of conduct deemed as anti-social, immoral, improper, or illegal.
Remittance will not be offered in any such event. Legal action will be taken
where necessary. Investigation of such matters will be conducted on an individual
basis.
